Overview
At Godfathers of the Ocean Surf School, surfing is an enriching experience that promotes personal growth, resilience, and strong connections with the ocean.
Our Kids Surf Program caters to children aged 5 to 16, offering a comprehensive experience that goes beyond merely riding the waves.
In addition to mastering the art of surfing, children will develop life skills such as teamwork, communication, perseverance, and self-discipline, all vital for their overall development.
Participants in our Kids Surf Program will not only learn fundamental surfing techniques but also acquire valuable life skills.
Guided by our skilled coaches, children will foster teamwork, communication, perseverance, and self-discipline.
We understand the importance of safety, and by fostering a safe and encouraging environment, we aim to help each child gain confidence and develop empathy, creating unforgettable memories while ensuring their well-being.
Program Details:
To ensure an optimal learning experience, we offer customised lessons tailored to various age groups. Children will discover the joy of the ocean in a fun, supportive atmosphere, build confidence, hone their skills, and take on new challenges.
Our dedicated coaches, who are committed to the growth and well-being of each child, ensure that every child receives personalised attention in a lively and engaging environment.
The journey should be filled with laughter and discovery, striving to create a positive atmosphere for our young surfers while encouraging resilience and self-confidence.
The age groups are categorised as follows:
- 5 to 8 years: Mini Groms
- 9 to 12 years: Groms
- 13 to 16 years: Teen Groms
Duration:
- A 4-week program.
- Each weekly lesson lasts 1.5 hours, providing consistency and ample opportunity for skill development.
- Same day and time each week.
