We offer programs that offer ocean knowledge, mindfulness, yoga and meditation, surf fitness, swimming, paddling and various levels of surfing from learn-to-surf, intermediate surfing and advanced / performances.
The ocean environment is a place that can be transformational; from the roll of the waves that mesmerise us, the sound of the waves that calm you, the feel of soft sand under your feet that grounds you and the smell of the salt air that immerses you further into the environment.
There is just something special about the ocean that changes your mood, grounds you and allows you to disconnect from your everyday routines and life. Researchers have shown that the ocean has a positive effect on one’s social, mental and physical wellbeing, specifically surfing, where this has been shown to improve our emotional wellbeing and increase our self confidence and pride from successfully accomplishing a goal.
We have various sessions available in our Goddesses of the Ocean programs, if you want connect with other women who too want to change it up, move, play, meditate and learn in and out of the ocean, then come join one of our programs and experience being a ‘Goddess of the Ocean’.

LADIES ONLY HOLISTIC SURF LESSONS AND OCEAN KNOWLEDGE
Held at beautiful Burleigh Heads Beach and Tallebdugera Creek.
Our holistic ocean sessions offer you the opprotunity to learn about the ocean and surf at your own pace, no matter whether you are wanting to surf, paddle, swim we offer you the experience to connect and immerse yourself with the ocean in a playful and organic way whilst builikng your confidence in and out of the ocean, it isn’t just about catching a wave, it is about connecting with the natural elements of the ocean environment, through the ocean movement, waves, learning to skills, whilst connecting with like-minded women.
Our sessions offer lessons for learn to surf, progressive surfing, reacretional surfing, surf etiquette, paddling sessions, ocean swimming, bodysurfing and bodyboarding.
As the ocean conditions change each day, every session offers you the opprtunity to learn something new each time. We teach you about the ocean, from rips, currents, tides, and how to read the ocean, how to paddle and sit on a surfboard, how to swim in the ocean, bodysurf, and bodyboard, including how to stay safe in the ocean.
We incorporate, breathing, mindfulness, and stretching to help support your development of learning to surf.
All of this with like-minded women who want to try it for the first time, or just engage further with other women to connect and embrace the health benefits and fitness that surfing can bring.
Ladies only Surf Clinics
Surf lessons that offer monthly surf clinics (1 x 90-minute session per week over 4 weeks) or private lessons.
Surf Clinics offer small groups and a variety of levels from:
- Intro / Beginner: Haven’t surfed before or tried a few times, keen to learn new things, average fitness level, and a confident swimmer
- Intermediate: Can pop up on a board and ride in main whitewash or rental unbroken waves
- Advanced / Intermediate: Able to ride unbroken waves along the face and able to manage basic turns
- High Performance: Confident in head high waves and able to perform maneuvers such as cutbacks
